| "The Take" was a film by Vivid Dreams Productions produced and directed by Geoff Badger, shown in the middle picture above. Geoff just had a film entitled "Forbidden Fruit" show at the 1999 Cinequest San Jose Film Festival. For more information on either Geoff Badger or his previous film, you can check out the "Forbidden Fruit" website at www.stanford.edu/~jhjkim/forbfruit. | ||

"The Take" is a "semi-experimental" documentary film,
which was shot in Menlo Park on March 13, 1999. I was "Sophie" but you
could just say I was "The Kid" among the 6 or 7 other actors interviewed
for this film… I guess you could also say it was a semi-autobiographical
interview since I answered about my life even though I was answering as
Sophie… I was wired up with a hidden microphone and just answered questions…
well, basically whatever popped into my head… it was fun and Geoff and
the rest of the crew were great and very professional.

Geoff was born and raised in England and has studied
film both in England and here in the U.S. and has written, directed and
produced a number of short films… he is currently in the planning stages
of his next project entitled "The Short Answer", due to begin filming
in the Spring of 1999.
